Our price does not include any taxes, utility distribution charges, or other utility fees, charges, or credits. New service customers may require meter installation. In order to qualify for this offer, you must have an active meter and reside in Dominion East Ohio’s service territory. If you terminate your contract after the first 30 days but before its term expires, you may remain responsible for payment of natural gas-related costs and charges incurred under this contract through such meter read date.

How does my bill change?
When you switch to Eastern Power & Gas, you will continue to receive your bill from your current utility as you normally would. Eastern Power & Gas’s name will appear on your bill as your supplier after service has started.
